Internet, you bore me

The internet is boring today. How am I supposed to get inspiration for a blog post when no-one else is updating theirs?

I haven't looked through my photos from last night yet, but I didn't really take many. We didn't even eat food there. Sad. :(

Summertime

After a bit of a tropical cyclone it appears, as of this evening, that summer might be back for a second showing. I hope so! :)

This morning we went for the boy's swimming lesson. It was pretty full on, he's been bumped up to level three because there were no places left in level two classes. Anyway he was so tired afterward that he fell asleep for two hours before he even had lunch. It was good though, definitely pushed the little critter.

Tonight we're heading to the lantern festival so hopefully I'll have some pics for tomorrow...

It's hard when people you love are hurting and nothing you can do will make it better. All you can do is be there in case they need you. I am always here. xoxo

OK, OK, OK

So I know it's been a long, long while since I posted, and I'm really going to do my best to rectify that situation. My new rule is that I have to post something when I check my blogs. Even if that turns out to be twice a day or whatever. I need to get into the habit of posting and I guess the more I do it, the more I will think of things to post as I fluff around. So hopefully less of the "promise I'll post" and more of the actual posting.

I was thinking to myself that it would be cool if I had a mac (but ONLY for the photobooth business) and then I realised I have a webcam and so I could totally just take photos with that. Hopefully I can get the boy in some shots.

Boy is currently having his morning nap, a bit late this morning thanks to insurance man coming around and him being far too interested in being nosy to sleep.
