whole busload of crazy

On a bus ride home from Liverpool Street today a woman sat next to another woman on the bus. it wasn't particularly full, but most of the seats had one person on them. Anyway, the woman that sat down (who wasn't insubstantial) asked the other woman to move over. That unleashed a whole load of crazy on everyone in the bus, but mainly the woman who asked.

"i know who sent you. you're an agent of satan. i am a child of god in jesus name. how dare you ask me to move over. i don't want your clothes on me. i used to fight a lot and i would have given it to you if i hadn't found jesus christ. you are a child of the devil. i will prevail..." and so on.

It was fairly amusing, but I had to look the other way when i was laughing. I was impressed by the other woman, who kept giving her lip and didn't move seats...

I'm pretty shattered this week. I've had a week at work of doing completely new things every day, I have no idea what I'm doing and I'm still in the "any minute now they're going to realise I haven't got a clue what's going on and i'm making all this up as I go along" stage. It's bound to happen sooner or later.

not much planned for the weekend, probably some markets, friends, babies, rugby, more markets and then it'll all be over for another week! :S

Thinking of planning a trip to Belgium for the end of the month. There are some Eurostar deals going and we could stay 3 nights for the price of 1. (not that I have any leave, but we could do 2 nights for the price of 1!)
